The Peradayan Forest Reserve protects the twin hills of Bukit Peradayan (410 metres) and Bukit Patoi (310 metres) near Brunei's border with Sarawak. A well-marked 2-kilometre trail climbs steeply through lowland forest, passing distinctive rock formations known as the standing rock wall and the holding rock, to a summit view over the Lawas mountain range, Sarawak's coastline, the South China Sea and Temburong's villages and farmland.

Getting there
From Bangar, the main town of Temburong District, drive about 15 km toward Labu to reach the Peradayan Forest Reserve trailhead.
Safety tips
The trail is short but genuinely steep in places, with rope-assisted sections and boulders that become slick after rain; sturdy grip and a cautious pace matter more than speed on the final approach to the summit.

- Grippy trail shoes for the rocky summit approach
